Choose a Bottle to meditate with and make yourself comfortable . Take in a few slow deep breaths and relax as you breath out. Clear your mind of all thoughts and focus on the colours allowing yourself to float into the beautiful, calming energy.Then visualise bringing the colour back with your breath into your body, allowing it to penetrate deeply into your organs and cells of your body. Take another deep breath, focus on the colour and allow it to flow lovingly around your body allowing it to be absorbed. As you meditate think of a question you would like to ask of your higher self and allow time for the answer to be received. Messages can come through at any time and not necessarily when we expect them. You may find as you enjoy your day an answer will suddenly pop into your head..!
Meditation takes practice and if practiced regularly can also improve your health .
